Happy Easter. Sorry i havn't written for some days now. Been caught up with so many things. Food business mostly. So how was your Easter break. Hope you didn't sleep in. A dear friend Nonso Udelue an Ex-course mate(Uniben Alumni) got married this Easter Monday.
Yea you read correctly. Easter MONDAY. It's new i must say because i never go any wedding for Monday. Anyway, i took the liberty of travelling to Asaba for the wedding since most of my customers are travelling for Easter. Was a risk and i'm glad no one called to place any order while i was away 'Jollying'.
What's up with Anambra men marrying their girls. Most especially First born. Una can marry una sef sha I guess that will be a topic for another day. Nonso was all set when i entered Asaba town. His friends were all in a celebration mood, thank God i didnt miss the Bachelor's eve(shines teeth). It was crazy. Well we didn't start on time. The Groom was no where to be found although his friends were coordinating the whole thing but 80% of people were seated busy pressing phone. While i just pem for one corner de sing along the cool jamz. It kicked off an hour later that was 11pm. Enough booze and music and i kept praying "THE TRUMPET SHOULDN'T SOUND" lolz. I woke up late the next morning. Nor mind me nor be the booze. The dance break body joooor. I don't drink much. Aswear most pipu for miss the wedding if it was Sunday. Most of the groom's friends tripped in Sunday for the D-day. I was in the hotel room "watching"(eh i know before you correct me) "seeing" Zee world India movie after church. I explored Asaba abit.
EasterMondayWedding. Everyone was busy. Woke up early to prepare for the wedding. Needed to stretch my hair and do the small make up way i learn. Was anxious. hehehehe e con be like say na me de marry. Here are some pictures.
